START A CHAPTER

WHAT IS A CHAPTER?

A chapter of PYFL will be a small branch off of our non-profit for people that strive to spread financial education within their own local area. Whether it be a school club or church group, any form of a chapter would have a great impact on children. Chapters highlight the need for close, consistent relationships with the students they will be providing for. Hosting different events and fundraisers for a good cause will leave a lasting impact on your community.

A guideline to starting your own PYFL chapter

How To Set Up?

1. Fill out the Chapter Interest Google Form below

2. A PYFL member will be in contact with you within one week

3. An interview will be scheduled to fit needs

4. PYFL will let you know if you are eligible to start a chapter

5. Create your officer team. 

6. Make yourself familiar with the budget form we will send out to you

7. Recruit members!

Requirements

1. President and treasurer positions are mandatory among the team; the rest are up to the chapters including social media managers, outreach managers, etc

2. Fundraiser/event every month 

3. Advertise chapter through social media, word-of-mouth, and incentives

4. Officer meetings to plan events
